Introduction and Authority. 1 ; The Medicaid Policy for reimbursement of dispensing fees for pharmacy providers was achieved through negotiations with representatives of the pharmacy industry. 2 ; This rule is authorized under Chapter 26-18. R414-63-2. Pharmacy Reimbursement. 1 ; For each prescription filled for a Medicaid recipient the Department may reimburse the pharmacy provider for: [ up to seven 7 ; non-exempt prescriptions in any calendar month. Purpose: To map the distribution and quantify the expression of Fibroblast Growth Factor FGF ; receptors 1-4 within the developing mouse retina. Methods: Retinas from embryonic day 12 E12 ; , E15, E17, E18, postnatal day 0 P0 ; , P5, and adult mice were immuno-labeled with individual antisera to FGF receptors 1-4. Controls were conducted using the same protocol minus the primary antisera. Homogenized retinal samples from the same developmental series were also quantified using western immunoblot techniques. Results: At E12 all FGF receptors displayed a widespread extracellular distribution throughout the differentiating retina. At later embryonic ages, E15, E17, and E18, FGFR label was predominately located extracellularly within the inner retinal layers ganglion cell-GCL, interplexiform-IPL, internuclear layers-INL ; . Additionally, light label was found in the outer retina outer nuclear layer-ONL, and outer plexiform layer-OPL ; . FGFR3, in contrast to the other receptors was uniquely located both extracellularly and intracellularly. At P0 and P5 all four receptors had medium to heavy label in the GCL. FGFR4 displayed heavy label in the IPL, with moderate label present from the other receptors. The INL displayed heavy label for FGFR2 and 3, but only light label for FGFR1 and 4. All receptors had heavy label in the OPL and in the outer segments of the photoreceptors at P0 and P5. In the adult retina, all four receptors had heavy extracellular label in the GCL and IPLs. Additionally, the four receptors had scattered label throughout the other cell layers, similar to previous reports Kinki et al., 2002, Mol. Vis. Res. 8: 149-160 ; . Conclusions: The developing mouse retina displayed widespread expression of FGFRs. Unique patterns in retinal layer distribution occurred at different developmental ages. The pattern of FGF receptors, combined with our previous work examining FGF's in culture suggests their involvement in the ontogeny of cell-specific stages of the mouse retina.

PRECAUTIONS LEUKERAN is an active cytotoxic agent for use only under the direction of physicians experienced in the administration of such agents.
